LG Fashion Week


So I wanted to blog about LGFW, on tomorrow through Thursday, but the FDCC's social media communications have been so incredible, I’m just going to link my passionate readers to their many resources.
Website- Info for/on sponsors, designers, buyers, and consumers; the site leaves no information out. And like any good PR plan, there is a blog; loyally updated every three days with Designer Profile’s.

Twitter- Oh course they’re on Twitter; re-tweeting, answering questions, counting down, and Tweeting designer and model updates. (BTW, did you know PA’s favourite, Crystal Renn is walking for Joe Fresh?). My #FF goes to them.

Facebook- The same information, but all in one place. Regularly updated with comments by their fans, the FDCC is an example of a company using Facebook properly.

Events- Aside from the actual runway shows (schedule available here), they are also hosting two parties. Party of Style I, March 28, and Party of Style II, April 1, are a must for Toronto fashionistas.

Ticketweb- For per-show or week passes, jump to this site for tickets. 

News Coverage- LFGW has been sure to get their name out there, with consistent coverage in local and national publications.

Me- That’s right, yours passionately will be working in the runway room for each show. I’ll be the one in all black, with a headset, a clip board, a giant (but very serious) grin on her face.
